Motor, control electronics and power section are integrated in the support tube. A scalable product portfolio is available for the trans-port of small load carriers, containers and packages up to heavy pallets. Mechanical power, clamping length, diameter and pipe properties can be individually adapted.
Standardised interfaces ensure easy integration into established industry standards.

Application areas:

DRUM MOTORS
POWERFUL DIVERSITY

Drum motors are electrically driven conveyor rollers. The motor is integrated in the support tube. Standardised encoder signals are available for control with externally mounted drive controllers.
Depending on the requirements, drum motors are designed with Hall sensors, magnetic encoders or resolvers.

SORTER MOTORS - SORTING, DIVERTING, SEPARATING, FILTERING

With sorter motors from MTA, purely electrically driven sorting systems can be set up. The main application is sorting, diverting, filtering and separating letter and par-cel streams. In addition, infeed and outfeed diverters for container conveyor technology can be implemented eff ortlessly. The gearless sorter motors are extremely compact. This makes it possible to realise sorter modules with a very high reel density. In combination with MTA motor controllers with multiple axes (4-, 8-, 12-fold), unlimited possibilities are available for the realisation of flexible sorter cells for all conceivable application requirements. The individual control and diagnosis of each motor enables jerk-free diverting and sorting operation.
The positioning of the rejector angles is handled by the MTA swivel motor with integrated commutation electronics with high precision via CANopen.
Standardised communication interfaces and the customised mechanical adaptation options facilitate integration into existing plant automation.
