A COMPANY WITH FUTURE

Unique product technology, future-oriented solutions and innovative spirit are the cornerstones of MTA.

In May 2019 – nine years after the company was founded – the starting signal was given for the planning of the new 4,500 sqm company building in Ennsdorf in Lower Austria. Already in November 2020, 10 months after the start of construction, a new era could begin for MTA with 150 jobs in the future.

The new company building on 20,000 square meters of company land was a symbol of healthy growth. Between 2010 and 2022, the number of employees increased from 2 to 45, and 150 people will find a job in Ennsdorf in the future. It is also a symbol of the fact that MTA’s innovations inspire customers worldwide.

Environmental and climate protection as well as the conservation of resources is a high priority at MTA. Therefore, it was important to locate the new company building where appropriate transport routes are available. After all, rail is a real mobility alternative, and not only for employees, who can reach the new location in just a few minutes on foot.

The move from the original location to Ennsdorf was a mammoth task. Hundreds of pallets of warehouse parts/components, tools, operating equipment, test setups for the laboratory and pilot plant, shelves, moving boxes several large trucks and an average of 20 truck trips a day were required to move the equipment and products.

During the move, operations continued nonetheless. Repairs, fabrications, testing and shipping of products was done on the side and smoothly.
