Drives for automated guided vehicles
DIFFERENTIAL DRIVES
MTA wheel drives designed as differential drives are integrated drive units for free-moving transport systems (AGVs/AMRs) and rail-guided vehicles (shuttles). Depending on the application, the differential drives are implemented with or without a gearbox (as direct drives). The motor controller for drive control can be either integrated into the drive unit or installed remotely. A consistent portfolio of differential drives is available for total vehicle weights ranging from 50 kg up to 2.000 kg.
WHEEL AND STEERING DRIVES
Combined traction and steering drives are drive systems that enable maximum power density in a compact design. Multiple designs in different configurations ensure maximum flexibility in vehicle design.
