Electronics integrated
Motor, control electronics and power section are integrated in the support tube. A scalable product portfolio is available for the transport of small load carriers, containers and packages up to heavy pallets. Mechanical power, clamping length, diameter and tube properties can be customized.
Standardized interfaces ensure easy integration into established industry standards.
Drum Motors
Powerful diversity
The motor of these electrically driven conveyor rollers is integrated in the support tube. Standardized encoder signals are available for control with externally mounted drive controllers.
Depending on the requirements, drum motors are designed with Hall sensors, magnetic encoders or resolvers.

Sorter Motors
Sorting, diverting, separating, filtering.
This enables purely electrically driven sorting systems to be set up. The main application is sorting, diverting, filtering and separating letter and parcel streams. In addition, inward and outward diverters for container conveying systems can be easily implemented.
The gearless sorter motors are extremely compact. This makes it possible to implement sorting systems with very high roller density. In combination with MTA motor controllers for several axes in different versions (4-fold, 8-fold, 12-fold), unlimited possibilities are available for the realization of flexible sorter cells for all conceivable application requirements.
The individual control and diagnosis of each motor enables jerk-free reject and sorting operation.
The application is in the areas of sorting, filtering, diverting, distributing and separating package streams in stationary conveyor technology.
