Successful Diploma Theses at MTA
MTA has been successfully supporting pupils and students with their diploma or bachelor and master theses for years. Due to the potential to acquire a correspondingly large amount of knowledge in the process, the company MTA is a sought-after location for their implementation.
Graduates always find exciting tasks for their diploma theses at MTA. One of these diploma thesis projects was to be the re-enactment of a realistic operation of an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV).
Three graduates of the HTL Steyr took up this challenge together with MTA. From the conceptual design of the vehicle to the first commissioning, everything was involved that corresponds to a typical development process. The main focus of the diploma thesis was to create and implement realistic test conditions. They were supported by MTA through a measurement and testing technician from the R&D department as well as the development manager.
The students were able to work out and implement everything they had learned directly on the real product and finally apply it in the test operation. This process from concept to successful final application is always a special experience for every graduate in the course of their diploma thesis and makes them justifiably proud of their achievement.
